• Position: Part-Time Bagger / Courtesy Clerk
• Reports To: Store Manager / Front-End Supervisor
• Job Type: Part-time (flexible hours, including evenings and weekends)

• Customer Service: Greet shoppers warmly, answer basic store questions, and offer polite help.
• Bagging: Pack items efficiently. Put heavy goods on the bottom, keep cold items together, and avoid overloading bags.
• Carrying Goods: Help customers load bags into carts and carry groceries out to their vehicles upon request.
• Cart Retrieval: Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and return them to the designated indoor corrals.
• Store Maintenance: Clean up spills, clear trash from the checkouts, and restock bag supplies.
• Team Support: Assist cashiers with price checks or return unwanted items ("go-backs") to shelves.

• Physical Stamina: Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, polite, and patient attitude when dealing with the public.
• Reliability: Dependable and punctual for scheduled shifts.
• Education: No prior degree required; entry-level position with on-the-job training provided.
