CNA Resident Ratios

  • AM Shift: 1:9
  • PM Shift: 1:11
  • NOC Shift: 1:18
Schedule
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Rotating weekends and holidays required
  • AM Shift- Part-Time
  • PM Shift- Full-Time or Part-Time
  • NOC Shift- Full-Time or Part-Time
Shift Differential
  • Additional $2.00/hour for PM and NOC shifts
Sign-On Bonus
  • Full-Time: $7,500
  • Part-Time: $3,750
Medication Tech Opportunities
CNAs with the appropriate Medication Tech certification may have opportunities to work as a Med Tech.
CBRF certification alone does not qualify.
CNA Responsibilities
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides resident care under the direction of nursing staff, including:
