Job description

Job Summary (List Format): IMS Cloud Network Test/LAB Engineer
- Conduct testing and validation of IMS Network Applications on T-Mobile Private Cloud Platform.
- Perform comprehensive end-to-end network functionality testing, covering IMS-based services (Voice, Messaging) across 4G, 5G, and Wi-Fi access.
- Verify platform resiliency, run negative scenarios, and execute load & performance test cases.
- Ensure overall functionality and reliability of IMS Network Applications deployed on private cloud infrastructure.
- Utilize knowledge of 4G/LTE and 5G SA Cellular Networks, including Packet Core and IMS Core.
- Apply expertise in IMS/SIP signaling, LTE/5G and IMS network registration, VoLTE/VoNR call set-up, SMS/RCS signaling, and SIP routing.
- Conduct lab testing, review and track test cases, log issues, and troubleshoot network problems.
- Use network tools such as Netscout, Wireshark, Landslide, and device test-based tools.
- Work with cloud network platform technologies, especially Kubernetes and RedHat OCP/OpenShift.
- Experience with core network platforms from vendors like Mavenir, Nokia, or Ericsson.
