This entry-level role focuses on day-to-day cloud infrastructure management and incident resolution within a federal Common Operating Environment.

The ideal candidate brings foundational cloud computing knowledge and a willingness to grow within a fast-paced federal IT environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and administer cloud infrastructure supporting enterprise shared services on a day-to-day basis Resolve incident tickets related to cloud services in accordance with SLA requirements Monitor cloud resource utilization and report anomalies to senior engineers Provide technical solutions to problems of basic scope and complexity involving one or two factors Assist in provisioning, configuring, and maintaining cloud resources per established procedures Document incident resolutions and contribute to the team knowledge base Required Qualifications Knowledge of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) Basic cloud computing skills in at least one major platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Understanding of IT service management frameworks (ITIL fundamentals) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to obtain and maintain a federal public trust clearance Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), or equivalent foundational certification Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy) #J-18808-Ljbffr
