As a Court Services Entry-Level Clerk, you'll help support courtroom proceedings run efficiently by preparing case files, supporting judges during hearings, and capturing critical judicial actions.

What You'll Do As a Court Services Entry Level Clerk you will: Review case information using our case management systems. Prepare for court sessions by identifying key details and draft minutes or commitment forms.

Distribute court dockets to all necessary parties. Clerk in the courtroom-support judges, record decisions, and help keep proceedings on track. Calculate credit for time served accurately.

Handle evidence, including biohazards, with care and precision. Administer oaths to witnesses and jurors. Deliver documents for processing after court.

Update judicial schedules and complete entry-level data tasks. Work extended hours when needed and assist with special projects. What We're Looking For Accurate typing and strong data entry skills.

Solid business English and math skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate professionally with executive-level stakeholders.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to confidentiality. Comfort operating standard office equipment. Ability to remain composed and focused during court proceedings.

Elementary proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. One year of legal experience preferred.
