GPD is currently seeking a Civil Engineer for our Site Development team located in our Akron, OH office location.
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience in Site Development Design a plus.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience with site planning, engineering, project coordination.
  • Ability to work with senior engineers/designers and meet respective deadlines.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a multi-tasking work environment.
  • CAD/Civil 3D knowledge preferred.
  • Proficiency in grading and storm water management design preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License is required.
Day-to-day job responsibilities:
  • Site planning and coordination.
  • Grading and storm water management design.
  • Design coordination with internal engineers and architects.
  • Background coordination with our internal team of surveyors, environmental specialists, and geotechnical crew.
