Job Summary:
Boardwalk Pipelines is a limited partnership operating in the midstream portion of the natural gas and natural gas liquids industry. They are currently looking for an Analyst I/II Network Planning who will support the installation and maintenance of the organization’s network infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance.
Responsibilities:
• supports the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the organization’s network infrastructure
• assists in ensuring network reliability, performance, and security by monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and supporting day-to-day network operations
• working with technologies such as Cisco, MS Teams and Fortinet equipment, the analyst helps maintain connectivity and collaborates with team members to resolve incidents and support business needs.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Basic knowledge of routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)
• Familiarity with network design concepts and best practices
• Experience with Cisco network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Exposure to Fortinet firewalls and VPNs
• Ability to troubleshoot network issues in LAN/WAN environments
• Understanding of network security fundamentals (firewalls, VPNs)
• Knowledge of IP addressing and subnetting
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Relevant technical training, certifications, or equivalent work experience in networking or IT support
