Join OSIS and help support the critical network and security infrastructure that powers healthcare organizations nationwide.
OSIS is seeking an experienced Network Engineer II to join our Technology team. This is a 100% remote opportunity for a network professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex environments, implementing network solutions, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to maintain secure, reliable network operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, maintain, and optimize Cisco and Fortinet network infrastructure.
  • Configure and support firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, and wireless technologies.
  • Monitor network performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and security issues.
  • Provide escalation support for Help Desk and infrastructure incidents.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation, procedures, and standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to support business objectives.
  • Participate in infrastructure projects and technology initiatives.
  • Assist with maintaining high levels of network availability, security, and performance.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and support after-hours needs when required.
