What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by recommending tailored insurance and financial solutions
  • Present and sell life insurance, long-term care, retirement, and investment products to new and existing clients
  • Educate clients on the importance of financial protection and long-term planning
  • Expand your business through referrals, networking, and digital outreach
  • Provide exceptional client service with prompt follow-up and ongoing engagement
  • Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, licensing, and internal standards

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in insurance sales, financial services, or other client-facing roles
  • Active Life & Health Insurance License in Florida (or willingness to obtain)
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 registration (or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months of hire)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping others
  • Bilingual (Spanish/Portuguese/English) a strong plus
