The Chef role at Pinstripes is a hands-on, entry-level management position focused on executing high-volume service, leading shifts, and maintaining kitchen standards. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a Sous Chef position and develop leadership skills within a structured kitchen environment.

Salary Range $65,000 - $72,000 annually

What you’ll be doing:

  • Execute menu items with consistency, accuracy, and high quality
  • Ensure food quality through proper preparation, taste, and presentation
  • Prepare ingredients and maintain organized, well-stocked stations
  • Perform line checks and ensure readiness for service
  • Take ownership of your station to ensure efficient, organized, and high-quality service
  • Assist with banquet, catering, and brunch execution as needed
  • Support expo and communicate effectively with FOH to ensure accurate and timely service
  • Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and organization
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and EcoSure standards
  • Contribute to a clean, efficient, and team-oriented kitchen environment
