Als CFO ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de financiële strategie, prestaties en gezondheid van de groep Luyckx. Je combineert financiële diepgang met ondernemerschap, bewaakt rendabiliteit en risico, en maakt inzichten die besluitvorming fundamenteel versterken. Je opereert op het snijvlak van strategie, operatie en people leadership, rapporteert aan en spart met de CEO en neemt een sleutelpositie in binnen het managementteam.

Kernverantwoordelijkheden voor onze bedrijven in België en het Midden-Oosten
  • Financieel beleid & strategische koers
    Je bouwt en bewaakt de financiële langetermijnstrategie voor de groep, vertaalt de bedrijfsstrategie naar duidelijke financiële kaders en stuurt op duurzame groei en rendabiliteit in een internationale context.
  • Rapportering, compliance & financiële integriteit
    Je waarborgt transparante, betrouwbare rapportering en verzekert naleving van alle wettelijke en fiscale verplichtingen, ondersteund door sterke interne controlemechanismen.
  • Risicomanagement & cashflowbeheer
    Je beheerst financiële risico’s (o.a. valuta, krediet, investeringen) en optimaliseert cashflow en werkkapitaal ter ondersteuning van stabiliteit en groei.
  • Strategisch advies & waardecreatie
    Je bent een kritische sparringpartner voor de CEO en het managementteam en ondersteunt strategische beslissingen met scherpe financiële inzichten, analyses en scenario’s.
  • Procesoptimalisatie & digitale transformatie
    Je versterkt de financiële processen, datagedreven sturing en verdere digitalisering, met een duidelijke focus op innovatie en het benutten van AI.
  • Leiderschap & ontwikkeling van het financiële team
    Je stuurt een team van ongeveer 15 professionals aan in onze vestiging in Brecht, bouwt aan een sterke, performante finance-organisatie en bouwt aan een cultuur van eigenaarschap, groei en samenwerking.
  • Stakeholdermanagement & internationale relaties
    Je onderhoudt en ontwikkelt strategische relaties met banken, OEM-partners en andere stakeholders, en beweegt vlot in een internationale context met complexe financieringsstructuren.
  • Performance management & datagedreven sturing
    Je definieert KPI’s, analyseert prestaties en vertaalt data naar concrete acties, met een scherpe focus op rendabiliteit, investeringsbeslissingen en langetermijnwaardecreatie.

  • mensgerichte leider die teams motiveert, ontwikkelt en verbindt
  • hands-on en pragmatisch, met goesting om te bouwen en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen
  • vlot in het schakelen tussen strategie en operatie
  • talenkennis: Nederlands, Engels en bij voorkeur Frans
  • minstens 10–15 jaar ervaring in een senior financiële rol
