Consultant & Sales Support (Solution & Channel Enablement)
Drive commercial success of PassiveLogic solutions by shaping customer propositions, enabling channel partners, and supporting high-quality deal execution across target verticals.
About PassiveLogic®
PassiveLogic is the first fully autonomous platform for buildings. We've reinvented the fundamental principles of automation to democratize technology, optimize buildings, and reduce the world's carbon footprint. We are a team of technologists, engineers, and creatives dedicated to making a sustainable impact through real-world solutions.
We are looking for team members who have a passion for technology and want to work on cutting-edge problems with real-world solutions. Our culture is built on bringing together the most talented engineers, thinkers, and creatives-backed by the world's leading investors-working together to make the future a reality.
About the Role
As Consultant & Sales Support (Solution & Channel Enablement), you will shape PassiveLogic customer propositions, support customers in their adoption of PassiveLogic's technology, and deliver critical feedback back to the team for improvement of these processes. You will act as the bridge between customers, channel partners, and internal teams, translating complex technical capabilities into scalable commercial outcomes.
You'll work across the full deal lifecycle: from early customer engagement and solution definition, through proposal development, to partner enablement and post-sale feedback. This role requires both technical fluency and commercial intuition, ensuring that every deal is structured for long-term success, scalability, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
  • Advise customers and partners on specific solutions, and create value propositions across key verticals and segments
  • Lead proposal development, including technical, commercial, and ROI positioning
  • Support pipeline development, deal qualification, and strategic account engagement
  • Structure deals and pricing models (including autonomous building control plus installation & operations, as well as Enterprise wide (fleet wide) performance and business intelligence platform, the latter being a software based business model)
  • Develop and maintain all channel-facing collateral (product, design, installation, commissioning, operations, and GTM materials)
  • Enable and train MSI/channel partners to effectively position, deploy, and operate solutions
  • Act as bridge between sales, product, and engineering to ensure alignment of customer requirements and solution capabilities
  • Capture market feedback, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform product and strategy
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of CRM, including pipeline, opportunities, and reporting
  • Support demos, events, and thought leadership activities to increase market visibility

What Success Looks Like in 3-6 Months
  • Higher win rates
  • Faster partner ramp-up
  • Stronger deal quality (unit economics, scalability)
  • Tight feedback loop between market and product

What you'll bring
You must have
  • Proven experience:
    • Experience in inside sales, technical sales, sales engineering, or technical support
    • Strong understanding of building systems or HVAC
    • Systems, productivity & AI fluency: Experience with CRM platforms and using AI tools to automate workflows, manage pipelines, and improve efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized and self-driven

You should have
  • Experience optimizing CRM workflows and automation
  • Familiarity with AI tools for sales and support
  • Experience integrating tools across the customer lifecycle

It's helpful to have
  • Startup experience
  • Experience with contractors or MEP firms
  • Experience implementing AI-driven tools for efficiency

We know there are candidates who might not fit everything we've described above, or who might have experience and skills we haven't considered. PassiveLogic can sometimes be flexible enough to shift responsibilities to the right person, or otherwise identify open or upcoming roles that may better fit your professional background. Even if you don't meet all the requirements above, we still want to hear from you.
Compensation, Benefits & Perks:
  • Competitive compensation
  • Generous equity share package
  • Medical, dental and vision coverage
  • Disability and life insurance options
  • Flex PTO
  • Team-building events
  • Free catered lunch in the office Monday - Friday
  • Free ski pass (We are at the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon)
  • Free National Park pass

When applying, include:
  • A cover letter telling us why you're the perfect candidate for PassiveLogic
  • A resume
  • Extra mile - include a description of a project (of any type) you personally created, devised, built, managed, organized, or designed that was of your own self-initiative
