3 Must haves on the resume: preferred: Experience in a Clerical setting, Microsoft office experience (with an emphasis on Excel), including TEAMs (not a deal breaker), Filing experience, work well in a team environment.
Job Description:
  • Assistant Admin 1 is responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of client, SLC Quality systems.
  • Which includes Coordination and maintainer of the Non-Conformance database which includes maintaining the database for local and outside non-conformances, communication with client facilities, follow up, supplying support to engineers.
  • Preparing weekly meetings to ensure closure in a timely matter
  • Typically, is vocationally qualified with limited work experience.
  • Develops knowledge and skills in basic practices and procedures within own area.
  • Applies basic technical skills and knowledge to complete assigned work.
  • Works on straightforward tasks using established procedures; work is subject to review by others. Depends on others for instruction, guidance, and direction.
