Join a team that plays a critical role in delivering the survey and mapping data behind land development, transportation, utility, and infrastructure projects throughout North Carolina and beyond.

We're seeking an experienced Land Survey CAD Technician to support a growing portfolio of projects from our Raleigh, NC office. In this role, you'll transform field-collected survey data into accurate, high-quality mapping and design deliverables that help guide decisions, support development, and bring projects to life.

Working alongside surveyors, engineers, and geospatial professionals, you'll contribute to a wide range of boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, utility, and construction-related surveys while utilizing industry-leading technology and software. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys technical problem-solving, takes pride in producing precise work, and wants to continue advancing their career within a collaborative, people-focused organization.
