We're seeking an experienced Land Survey CAD Technician to support a growing portfolio of projects from our Raleigh, NC office. In this role, you'll transform field-collected survey data into accurate, high-quality mapping and design deliverables that help guide decisions, support development, and bring projects to life.

Working alongside surveyors, engineers, and geospatial professionals, you'll contribute to a wide range of boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, utility, and construction-related surveys while utilizing industry-leading technology and software. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys technical problem-solving, takes pride in producing precise work, and wants to continue advancing their career within a collaborative, people-focused organization.

Work on projects that support the continued growth and development of Raleigh and communities across North Carolina, contributing to developments that have a lasting impact on how people live, work, and connect.

No two projects are the same. You'll have the opportunity to support a variety of survey and mapping assignments, including:

• Boundary surveys
• ALTA/NSPS Land Title surveys
• Topographic surveys
• Utility route surveys
• Construction staking and layout projects
• Land development and infrastructure projects

Utilize leading software and technologies, including:

• MicroStation
• OpenRoads and InRoads
• AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Trimble Business Center
• GPS-based survey data platforms

Work closely with experienced surveyors, engineers, project managers, and field crews who value teamwork, communication, and knowledge sharing.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Raleigh, NC.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
