Lead Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: Overland Park, KS 66209 (Hybrid)
Work Schedule: Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week (Tuesday-Thursday)
Duration: Contract through December 31, 2026

Travel: Up to 5% as needed
Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst to support product analytics and business intelligence initiatives for digital products. In this role, you will partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that improve product performance and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, Web Analytics, and Data Storytelling, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations. This role requires someone who can work independently, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and proactively identify opportunities for product optimization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Product, Business, UX, Engineering, and Analytics teams to support data-driven decision making.
  • Analyze user behavior, product performance, and business metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Design and execute analytical studies supporting product strategy and business initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.
  • Write complex SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze large datasets.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation by defining success metrics and analyzing test results.
  • Validate analytics implementation, tagging, and data quality through UAT.
  • Monitor post-launch product performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, reports, and analytical assets.
  • Present analytical findings through clear storytelling and executive-level presentations.
  • Collaborate with reporting teams to automate recurring reports and KPI dashboards.
  • Support analytics initiatives while meeting project timelines and business objectives.
  • Work with analytics vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues when needed.

Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience with SQL for querying and analyzing data.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard development and reporting.
  • Experience with Web Analytics tools.
  • Strong Data Storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing business stakeholders and building cross-functional relationships.
  • Experience analyzing customer behavior and product performance.
