What You'll Do

Prospect & Qualify: Generate leads and qualify potential prospects through outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.

Fuel Pipeline Growth: Actively contribute to the sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing high‐impact opportunities. Engage & Educate: Introduce prospects to 5x5 Co-Op's unique value proposition and how we help drive their business forward.

Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging, improve strategies, and help drive results.

Set Appointments: Schedule meetings for senior sales leaders and participate in demos to move deals through the pipeline. What We're Searching For Go-Getter: A self‐starter with a hunger for results and a passion for driving business growth.

Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage prospects and present value clearly. Curious & Driven: Ability to research and learn about the latest trends in data‐driven growth, sales strategies, and industry pain points.

Requirements

Qualifications 1+ year of experience in sales development or business development, ideally in B2B or SaaS. Demonstrated ability to generate leads and qualify opportunities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
