Position Summary
The Business Development Representative exists for one purpose: to generate profitable new business for PIRTEK Lubbock. This is a true hunter role focused on opening new accounts, creating qualified opportunities, and converting prospects into long-term customers. This is not an account management, customer service, dispatch, or administrative position.
Mission
Generate profitable new business by identifying prospective customers, building relationships with decision-makers, earning first service opportunities, and converting those opportunities into long-term customer relationships.
Primary Responsibilities
·        Prospect through cold calls, in-person visits, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
·        Meet decision-makers across the assigned territory.
·        Schedule and conduct appointments.
·        Promote the PIRTEK Lubbock Service Standard.
·        Generate quote opportunities and secure first service calls.
·        Document all prospecting activity in the CRM daily.
·        Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
·        Coordinate smooth handoff to service and operations.
Not Responsible For
·        Dispatch or scheduling
·        Inventory management
·        Administrative office duties outside of CRM
·        General customer service
·        General office responsibilities
Compensation Philosophy
Commission-only compensation based on Gross Profit generated from new business with uncapped earning potential.
