What You'll Do
Business Development & Community Outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, social workers, case managers, and community organizations
  • Develop new referral partnerships and healthcare staffing relationships
  • Represent Right at Home at networking events, health fairs, presentations, and community outreach activities
  • Become a trusted resource within the healthcare community
Marketing & Brand Growth
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, social media engagement, and community outreach efforts
  • Increase awareness of Right at Home's In-Home Care and Healthcare Staffing services
  • Help tell the stories that showcase the impact our team makes every day
Strategic Growth
  • Track outreach efforts, referral activity, and business development goals
  • Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives and market opportunities
  • Participate in weekly planning and strategy meetings
  • Conduct client assessments when needed
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in business development, outside sales, marketing, healthcare marketing, healthcare staffing, or relationship management
  • Marketing experience required
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and professional
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance required
