Our team members specialize in serving our clients by successfully delivering permitting and citizen engagement software solutions that improve their internal operations and decision making, manage new services, and enhance customer service to their residents, businesses, and constituents.


Your Role & Impact

As a Project Analyst, you will play a key support role on software implementation projects for public sector clients. This is a high-impact role ideal for those who enjoy organization, problem-solving, and working across teams. You will be trained on the job and supported by colleagues who value curiosity, communication, and initiative.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in internal and client meetings to capture notes, decisions, and next steps
  • Maintaining structured documentation: action logs, task trackers, and status reports
  • Supporting the setup and configuration of enterprise systems (e.g., workflows, templates no coding required)
  • Communicating updates and priorities with clarity and professionalism
  • Learning tools like JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and permitting platforms as needed

Who You Are

  • Bachelors degree (3.0+ GPA preferred) and 13 years of experience in project support, analysis, or related roles (internships count)

Employment Details
