Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Orange, CA is needing a Senior Business Analyst responsible for gathering, analyzing, writing, reviewing, and maintaining business and technical requirements and related artifacts for a healthcare insurance related SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) application development initiative, while collaborating with team members.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-8+ years in a recent Senior Business Analyst role
* Strong experience gathering, documenting, validating, and managing business and technical requirements
* Experience supporting or participating in a SaaS platform migration is specifically called out in the required knowledge and skills section
* Experience supporting the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
* Collaboration experience with project managers, developers, testers, and business teams
Requirements Management Expertise:
* Requirements gathering and elicitation
* Requirements traceability
* Requirements lifecycle management
* Creating BA artifacts and documentation
* Requirements analysis, validation, and design definition
Strong Stakeholder Management Experience:
* Facilitating meetings and workshops
* Working with large or difficult stakeholder groups
* Influencing without direct authority
* Communicating with senior leadership.
BA Tools & Documentation:
* Microsoft Visio
* Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
* SharePoint and Teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
