Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Pricing Systems and Capital Markets to support the analysis, design, and implementation of trading and pricing solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, traders, product managers, and technology teams to gather requirements, improve pricing workflows, and deliver technology solutions that support front-office and middle-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for pricing and capital markets applications.
  • Collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, risk teams, and technology teams to understand business needs.
  • Analyze pricing models, valuation processes, and market data requirements.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements for pricing platforms.
  • Support system integration, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Work closely with development teams during Agile sprints to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Analyze trade lifecycle workflows and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Coordinate with QA teams to validate functional requirements and business scenarios.
  • Provide production support, issue analysis, and root cause identification for pricing-related applications.
  • Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are incorporated into business solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets or Investment Banking.
