Building Automation Service Specialist - $30-$45/hr + Quarterly Bonus - Indianapolis, INAbout the Opportunity:

A regional leader in systems integration and energy management is seeking an experienced Building Automation Service Specialist for the Indianapolis area. This position focuses on servicing existing BAS installations, performing preventative maintenance, and responding to customer service requests across a wide portfolio of facilities.

Position Details:
  • Title: Building Automation Service Specialist
  • Location: Indianapolis, IN
  • Travel: Local travel throughout the Indianapolis metro
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, and service calls
  • Replace, update, and modernize existing BAS components and hardware
  • Develop and program new control applications from the ground up
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related BAS issues
  • Execute graphics updates and software enhancements
  • Document service activities clearly and submit timely reports
  • Maintain professional communication with customers regarding service updates
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Pay: $30.00 - $45.00/hr (Based on Experience)
  • Bonus: 10% Quarterly Bonus (Company & Individual Performance)

  • Experience with Tridium and common BAS platforms (KMC, Siemens, Alerton, Honeywell)

  • Strong troubleshooting ability with mechanical, electrical, and digital control systems
  • Comfortable programming and commissioning BAS applications from scratch
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
