ACCOUNTING - BOOKKEEPER PT

Job Summary

  • Part-time entry-level bookkeeping position responsible for data entry, invoice processing, file management, and providing general administrative support to the Accounting Department.
  • We are seeking organized, detail-oriented, and motivated individuals who are eager to begin or grow their career in accounting within a collaborative team environment.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to support the Accounts Payable (A/P) process, helping to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of all related tasks.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One or more years of office or administrative experience preferred, or post-secondary education with a concentration in accounting or a related field.
  • Experience with accounting and/or property management software is preferred but not required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and similar databases.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to process a high volume of transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Deadline-oriented with strong time management skills.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments on a weekly basis.
  • Communicating with corporate and field staff to share information and resolve issues as they arise.
