Job Description Senior Bookkeeper (Client Accounting Services) Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Project Management Manage and maintain project timelines for assigned client accounts. Monitor engagement progress and ensure deadlines are met. Prepare and review financial reports for a variety of clients.

Customize financial reporting packages based on client needs and preferences. Assist with onboarding new clients, including documenting workflows, accounting processes, reporting structures, and operational procedures. Provide training and support to clients on accounting systems and best practices, both remotely and on-site when needed.

Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives. Business Development & Client Relations Support the growth of outsourced accounting and advisory services through relationship building and client engagement. Assist with preparing proposals, pricing analyses, implementation plans, and project timelines for prospective clients.

Develop and maintain standardized processes and documentation to promote consistency and service quality. Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client relationships. Technical & Advisory Services Utilize accounting software and related tools to support client engagements, including: QuickBooks Online QuickBooks Payroll QuickBooks Desktop Bill.com (preferred) Stay current on accounting best practices, technology updates, and professional development opportunities

Provide guidance and support to clients on accounting software functionality and reporting capabilities. Qualifications Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, outsourced accounting, or related experience preferred.

Strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting. Experience with QuickBooks Online required. Ability to train and support end users on accounting software and processes.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
