  • Review vehicle and RO information for accuracy and compliance
  • Make sure all supporting documentation is attached to repair orders
  • Confirm technician documentation is complete - the 3 C's: cause, concern, and correction
  • Book tickets after the customer has left and confirm payment has been received
  • Help process payments through our P2P (Open Invoice) payable system
  • Write up and close out pre-delivery vehicles
  • Coordinate pick-up and delivery on all internal vehicles
  • Keep the Used Vehicle team updated on internal repair orders
  • Partner with teammates to make sure customers receive the best possible experience
  • Wear safety eyewear in designated areas of the service shop where required
  • All other duties, tasks, and/or projects as assigned
  • Uphold Walser's Core Values: Do The Right Thing, Lead By Example, Display Positive Energy, Be Open Minded

What You Bring
  • No prior experience required - we'll train you on our systems, processes, and the ins and outs of service billing
  • A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Comfort with phones and computers (or the eagerness to learn quickly)
  • Attention to detail and pride in getting things right
  • Professional demeanor and appearance (nametag, uniform, etc.)

What's In It For You?

  • Comprehensive Health Benefits: medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus HSA and FSA plans to help manage healthcare costs, access to Blue Cross Blue Shield medical coverage, and additional wellness benefits
  • Life Insurance & 401(k) with Employer Match: company-paid life insurance and a 401(k) program that includes an employer match
