Are you an experienced medical billing professional with a passion for accuracy and
customer service? The Associated Clinic of Psychology (ACP) is hiring a Billing
Representative to join our Business Office team in St. Louis Park, MN. For over 45 years, ACP
has been a trusted leader in behavioral health services throughout Minnesota and Western
Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Post remittance advice from insurance companies
  • Manage insurance claim denials and rejections with timely follow-up
  • Perform insurance verifications across all ACP divisions
  • Generate and distribute monthly client statements
  • Communicate insurance benefits and billing information to clients
  • Assist with various administrative tasks to support business office operations
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in medical billing, insurance verification, or
  • healthcare revenue cycle management
  • At least 3 years of experience with posting lengthy remittances and managing denial
  • queues.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and insurance claim procedures
  • Proficient with data entry, billing systems, and ability to learn new software
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with behavioral or mental health billing
  • Experience working with EHR systems
