Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our healthcare team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service by assisting patients and healthcare providers over the phone, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues efficiently in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to patient and provider inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, appointment scheduling, billing, and insurance verification.
  • Assist patients in navigating healthcare processes and resolving concerns or complaints.
  • Document all interactions and update patient records accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of patient issues.
