  • Since 2002, this Community Health Center has served as a vital resource for the medically underserved in Northern NE
  • Newly remodeled lab, x-ray room, and an on-site contract pharmacy
  • The building offers 5 medical office specialists, a patient waiting area, and a clinical space 
  • Patient support is offered through transportation, an outreach, and enrollment department that assists residents to enroll in the healthcare marketplace, Medicaid, Medicare, and telehealth services
  • Experienced growth in patient numbers since 2018

 
About this role -
  • Full-time position, Monday - Friday 8a-5p
  • Outpatient Clinic seeing all ages
  • PMHNP appointments for new patients is 1 hour and follow ups are 30 minutes
  • Join a team with 2 Psychiatrist
  • This position is open due to the growth, it is a new position in the clinic

 
Background Desired -
  • Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
  • 1-2+ years of experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
