Role Description This contract Social Media Manager role is a remote position based in the United States. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish daily content across social platforms, ensuring that posts reflect Enruin’s nature-focused and storytelling-based brand identity. Responsibilities include developing social media calendars, engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring community sentiment. The role also involves optimizing posts for reach and engagement, tracking analytics, reporting on performance, and collaborating with design and brand teams to support product launches and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to grow audience and improve engagement.
  • Clear and effective Communication skills for interacting with online communities and internal teams.
  • Experience in Content Strategy and Writing to plan and craft compelling, brand-aligned posts.
  • Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook) and their analytics tools.
  • Ability to translate brand concepts such as environment, design, and storytelling into visual and written content.
  • Basic graphic design or content editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) are beneficial.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, schedules, and deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Prior experience managing social media for fashion, lifestyle, or creative brands is a plus.
  • Open to entry-level applicants as well.
  • ~10 hours/week (opportunity for more hours if desired).

Compensation

  • Commission-only role — no base pay
