We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Paralegal to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in the legal field. Prior experience is not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Open and organize new client files
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with basic word processing and document preparation
  • Update and maintain internal law firm and client databases
  • Electronically file legal documents through court filing systems
  • Monitor court websites and check the status of filings, hearings, and case decisions
