Location: Phoenix, AZ, Charlotte, NC, and Sunrise, FL ( Onsite 5 days a week )ย

Required Skillsย
We are seeking experienced Software Engineers with strong expertise inย Python or Java developmentย and hands-on experience building AI-powered Contact Center solutions.
Must-Have Experienceย
- Strong development experience inย Python and/or Java
- Experience withย API developmentย andย Microservices Architecture
- Hands-on experience withย AI/MLย andย Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Experience working withย GitHub,ย GitHub Actions, andย CI/CD pipelines
- Experience withย Five9 Contact Center Platform
- Experience with contact center call routing and orchestration
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Google Contact Center AI (CCAI)
- Google Intelligent Virtual Agent (IVA)
- Voice Analytics and Conversational AI solutions
Preferred Experienceย
- Contact center technologies such as:
- Avaya
- Cisco Contact Center
- LivePerson
- Experience designing and supporting IVR and call-routing solutions
- Experience integrating AI-driven voice and chat platforms into enterprise environments
Key Responsibilitiesย
- Design, develop, and support AI-powered contact center applications
- Build scalable APIs and microservices using Python or Java
- Implement NLP, AI/ML, and conversational AI capabilities
- Integrate Five9 and Google CCAI/IVA solutions with enterprise systems
- Enhance call routing, voice analytics, and customer engagement experiences
- Support DevOps processes utilizing GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines

A strong software engineer with deep Python/Java expertise and hands-on experience in Contact Center technologies, particularly Five9, Google CCAI/IVA, NLP, AI/ML, APIs, and Microservices.
