  • Translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language
  • Attend client or partner meetings with Sales as the technical support resource
  • Document conversations and ensure alignment between sales, engineering, and operations

  • Ensure client-facing documents are clear, accurate, and reflect agreed-upon scope
  • Maintain opportunity notes and project detail within CRM and Insight

Account Growth

  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients through ongoing solution support
  • Recommend refreshes, upgrades, or roadmap planning tied to client budget cycles

  • Experience in AV, lighting controls, low-voltage integration, or related building technology markets
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, or bid documents
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when simplifying complex concepts
  • Familiarity with CRM or project software (Insight, D-Tools, Salesforce, etc.) a plus
  • Industry certifications (CTS, Lutron, Crestron, etc.) are valued but not required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AV, lighting controls, building technology systems, IT infrastructure, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of technical documents such as drawings, specifications, and scope outlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management systems (preferred).
  • Industry certifications (CTS, Crestron, Lutron, etc.) are highly valued but not required.
