Job Summary:
Monaco Ford is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician to join our team in Glastonbury, Connecticut. In this role, you will utilize your skills and knowledge in the auto industry to repair and maintain vehicles for our customers. This is a full-time, hourly position that offers opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $36,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) retirement plan, and employee discounts on services and products.
Responsibilities:
-Perform basic automotive maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
-Conduct vehicle inspections and diagnose mechanical issues
-Complete repairs and replacements of parts such as brakes, batteries, and filters
-Utilize computer diagnostic systems to identify and troubleshoot problems
-Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding vehicle repairs and recommendations
-Keep an organized and clean work area and tools
-Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working on vehicles
-Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
