This role is ideal for an experienced, ASE-certified technician who excels at advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and mentoring junior technicians while delivering exceptional quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, drivability, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC
  • Perform advanced diagnostics using manufacturer-specific and electronic diagnostic tools
  • Complete repairs efficiently and accurately according to repair orders and manufacturer standards
  • Test-drive vehicles before and after repairs to ensure quality and safety
  • Communicate diagnostic findings, repair recommendations, and technical guidance to Service Advisors
  • Assist with mentoring and supporting entry-level and experienced technicians as needed
  • Complete warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
  • Stay current on manufacturer updates, technical service bulletins, and evolving automotive technologies

Qualifications
  • Previous automotive dealership experience required
  • ASE Master Technician certification preferred (or equivalent manufacturer certifications)
  • Strong expertise in advanced diagnostics and complex repairs
  • High school diploma or equivalent
