Tom Wood Audi is currently searching for motivated and detail-oriented Express Technicians to join our team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their automotive career in a fast-paced, premium service environment.

As an Express Technician, you will perform routine maintenance services while gaining hands-on experience with Audi vehicles and advanced automotive technology. We are looking for team players who are eager to learn, grow, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks efficiently and accurately
  • Conduct multi-point inspections to identify necessary repairs or maintenance needs
  • Complete minor repairs such as replacing filters, wiper blades, and bulbs
  • Accurately document all services performed according to dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Communicate findings clearly with service advisors to support customer recommendations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
  • Follow all dealership safety protocols and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient workflow
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current on Audi technology and service processes
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
