Our Clean Mobility Division is looking for a year-round Maintenance Engineering Intern for its manufacturing facility in Columbus, IN. Your mission, roles and responsibilities Overall responsibilities and duties: An Engineering Intern in Maintenance will support the Maintenance team in a variety of responsibilities, including (but not limited to) total preventative maintenance, stock room, tool room and continuous improvement. The intern will function to complete maintenance deliverables as defined by the functional manager.

Your profile and competencies to succeed The main missions of the role are: o Support execution of maintenance stock room activities and improvements o Support development of all maintenance processes o Support continuous improvement activities o Support analysis of engineering and maintenance data Updates and creation of work Instruction for Assembly processes Identify improvement opportunities on the production lines (Efficiency) - Cycle times evaluations Validate that Control plans with the PFMEAs are matching and are properly evaluated / updated Standardize parameter charts Reevaluate the TPM level 1 & Level 2 and develop a tracking for the efficiency of the activities (For Operator and Gap leader levels) Prepare all documentation for new programs and transfers.
