Job description

PRS Auto is hiring immediately for motivated team members to join our dynamic team at the TDSI Cementdale West Cincinnati rail terminal! This exciting hands-on role involves inspecting new vehicles for damage and skillfully unloading and loading (driving) brand-new automobiles directly from railcars. TDSI is a division of the CSX Railroad, offering a unique opportunity to be part of the vital railroad and automotive logistics industry.

No prior experience is required for this entry-level position. We provide comprehensive, paid training so you can quickly gain the skills needed to thrive and build a rewarding career.

Starting pay is $17 per hour.

Terminal Location:
  • PRS Auto (TDSI West Cincinnati Railroad).
  • 200 W Crescentville Rd West Chester Township, OH 45246.

This entry-level role offers excellent potential for growth and advancement within the railroad industry. PRS Auto operates multiple locations across the country, and we are committed to promoting qualified team members from within. We are actively seeking applicants from surrounding communities including Sharonville, West Chester, Liberty Township, and Blue Ash.

We are looking for bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) who can communicate effectively in both languages.
Applicants must currently live within a 1-hour commute of the terminal location. Out-of-area candidates or those needing relocation will not be considered.

Schedules vary, so flexibility is essential. You must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties: 
  • Perform detailed inspections of vehicles inside railcars to prevent damage before we take possession. 
  • Prepare railcars for safe loading and unloading. 
  • Unload and load (drive) new automobiles off railcars with precision and care.

To qualify for the Railroad Auto Unloader position, you must meet the following requirements: 
  • Possess a valid driver's license. 
  • Be at least 18 years of age. 
  • Pass a 7-year background check and drug test. 
  • Be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. 
  • Lift up to 50 lbs overhead and climb various heights (comfortable working at heights). 
  • No high school diploma or GED is required.

You will be employed directly by PRS Auto and will not be an employee of the railroad.
