Job description

Location: Foothill Ranch, CA (On-site) 
Pay: $21.09–$24.75/hr (Weekly Pay) 
Schedule: Multiple shifts available (see below)

Adecco is hiring Entry Level Manufacturing Quality Auditors in Foothill Ranch, CA. If you’re detail-oriented and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, this role is a great fit. You’ll inspect products on the line, document results, and help ensure quality standards are met every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Inspect products on assembly lines using established quality standards and procedures

  • Record inspection results and complete basic data collection/quality forms

  • Enter inspection data into designated systems (typing/data entry)

  • Identify, separate, label, and submit nonconforming/defective product for review

  • Provide feedback and escalate recurring defects to Quality Controllers, Cell Leads, and Quality Engineers

  • Follow written and verbal instructions from Quality, Production, and Supervisory leadership

  • Support line start-up/set-up and other production support tasks

  • Rotate between workstations and perform production/assembly tasks as needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience required

  • Basic math and computer skills (data entry/typing)

  • Ability to accurately identify small details on components and distinguish between colors is required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to learn quickly and handle shifting priorities

  • Ability to inspect materials/information at close range

  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs

Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM

  • 5th Shift: 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM (4x12, Sunday–Wednesday)

  • 6th Shift: 3:00 AM – 4:00 PM (4x12, Wednesday–Saturday)

Training Requirement (All Shifts): Must be able to train on 1st shift (5:00 AM – 1:00 PM) for 1.5 weeks.

Pay Details: $21.09 to $24.75 per hour
