Job description

Hiring Immediately for Entry Level Manufacturing Quality Auditor jobs at Oakley, minimum experience necessary. Weekly pay of $21.09-$24.75 per hour.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • 6+ months of relevant work experience required

  • Basic math and computer skills, including data entry and typing

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Ability to learn new tasks and processes efficiently while managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities as needed

  • Ability to inspect materials and information at close range

  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect products on assembly lines using established quality standards and procedures

  • Record inspection results, complete basic data collection forms, and enter inspection data into designated systems

  • Identify, separate, label, and submit nonconforming or defective products for review and resolution

  • Provide timely feedback and escalate recurring defects to Quality Controllers, Cell Leads, and Quality Engineers as needed

  • Follow written and verbal instructions from Quality, Production, and Supervisory leadership

  • Participate in assembly line start-up, set-up, and other production support activities

  • Perform a variety of production and assembly tasks, including rotating between workstations based on operational needs

Available shifts:

  • 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM

  • 5th Shift: 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 4x12 schedule (Sunday – Wednesday)

  • 6th Shift: 3:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 4x12 schedule (Wednesday – Saturday)

  • Training Requirement: All shifts must be able to train on 1st Shift for 1.5 weeks. (5:00 AM – 1:00 PM)


Pay Details: $21.09 to $24.75 per hour
