We are seeking someone who is excellent with handling many details, able to multitask without dropping assignments, and enjoys a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. If you are mature, responsible, able to travel, and have a positive attitude we would love to talk to you.

BrightPipe provides audio visual services to the tradeshow and event industry. - Work with and occasionally manage other tradespeople such as local labor providers
- Participate in pre-show packing process to ensure accurate equipment deployment
- Assist clients and their agencies in testing content prior to events
- Participate in testing of internally built software
- Research new audio visual equipment and making purchase recommendations
- Author documentation and procedures for new equipment and software
- Refurbish equipment and update inventory system from event to event

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Windows and iOS operating systems
- Familiar with basic network troubleshooting and administration
- Able to follow equipment deployment and refurbish procedures
- Proficient in hardware/software repair and diagnostics
- Able to multitask and keep up with details
- Flexible with change

The Future:

We want to help people find a career and not just another ‘job’. If you excel in this role then the internal upward path for you would potentially to take on a management role of technical teams going to events or becoming a project manager for us. We believe our success is grounded in your success and career growth.
