Job description

About Beyonk Group

Beyonk Group is on a mission to help experience & attraction businesses grow faster & smarter. As a full-scale growth partner, we combine industry-leading booking & ticketing software with powerful marketing services & data-driven insights, helping attractions & experience providers operate efficiently, reach more visitors & maximise revenue. Through our marketing services, we help leading destinations, from family attractions to major farm experiences, reach millions of new visitors every year. We run the social, advertising, websites & email that fill their busiest seasons. We're growing fast, welcoming thousands of customers a day to incredible experiences, & expanding across the UK & US. We work partly remotely & partly from our London office, in a fast-paced, collaborative & ambitious environment. It's an exciting time to join Beyonk Group, grow with us & shape the future of how the world experiences the world.

The role

As a Marketing Account Manager, you'll own the relationship with a portfolio of attraction & seasonal event clients, & lead the marketing services we deliver for them. This is a hands-on, commercial role. Day to day, you'll plan & run marketing across social media, paid advertising, website management & email, while also being the person the client trusts to make it all work. You'll turn results into clear recommendations & help each client get more from their marketing season after season. You'll often be working with business owners & operators who aren't marketing specialists, during the peak periods when getting it right really matters. Your job is to bring clarity, confidence & commercial value.

What you'll do
  • Own a portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact & trusted marketing partner
  • Plan & deliver marketing across social media, paid advertising, website & email
  • Build & run campaigns around peak trading & seasonal events
  • Write, schedule & manage social content & content calendars
  • Set up, monitor & optimise paid advertising (Meta & similar platforms)
  • Keep client websites accurate & up to date, especially ahead of busy periods
  • Plan & send email campaigns, & manage lists & automations
  • Report on performance & translate results into clear next steps
  • Spot growth opportunities & risks early, & take ownership of both
  • Run structured check-ins, especially in the lead-up to peak seasons
What we’re looking for

This role suits someone who enjoys both the delivery & the relationship, & can move comfortably between hands-on campaign work & commercial conversations with clients.

Strong indicators of fit:
  • Experience managing marketing across multiple channels (social, paid, email, web)
  • Confidence owning client or stakeholder relationships
  • Hands-on with tools like Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms & website CMS / builders
  • Able to balance day-to-day delivery with account management & commercial thinking
  • Organised, & calm managing several clients & deadlines at once
  • A clear communicator who can explain results simply to non-specialists
Nice to have:
  • Exposure to attractions, seasonal events, tourism, hospitality or leisure
  • Experience working agency-side or managing a portfolio of accounts
Practical details

Hybrid remote Austin, Texas (US), with an expectation for once in office every two weeks.

Occasional evening or weekend work during peak periods (compensated)

Comfortable managing your own time, priorities & client portfolio

We're a lean team where every role matters & every voice counts. You'll help shape key goals with the freedom, trust & support to make things happen.
