The Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in coordinating project documentation, subcontractor communication, budgeting activities, and schedule management while working closely with senior project leadership. K-12 construction experience is preferred but not required. Description The Assistant Project Manager will report to a Project Manager and support multiple phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Assist with project administration, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction documentation Support budgeting, cost tracking, procurement activities, and contract administration Coordinate with architects, owners, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved Help monitor project schedules and identify potential risks impacting delivery timelines Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress, costs, and outstanding items Maintain accurate project records and ensure timely document control Support project closeout activities and turnover documentation Profile Strong oral communication and written skills.
