Title: Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction

Location: Dallas, TX


Summary

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to spearhead the full lifecycle delivery of next-generation data center developments. You will have total ownership over major regional projects, driving everything from engineering design reviews to Level 1โ€“5 commissioning; ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and built to the highest design standards.


What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Own the Lifecycle: Lead projects from greenfield new builds to complex, multi-phased expansions.
  • Drive Project Controls: Own the heavy-lifting back-office work, including monthly forecasting, budgeting, RFPs, and change orders via Procore.
  • Execute at Scale: Oversee major technical milestones, including facility-owned power substation construction and full-system commissioning.
  • Unify Teams: Act as the ultimate liaison between contractors, vendors, design teams, and cross-functional internal departments.


What You'll Bring

  • Industry Depth: Dedicated experience within the Data Center Construction industry.
  • Proven Scale: Direct experience managing large, campus-level developments (100MW+) as an Owner, Ownerโ€™s Rep, or General Contractor.
