Assistant Project Manager- Data Center


Primary Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Senior Project Manager or Project Manager for assigned project
  • Process RFIs and submittals
  • Perform job setup, excluding financial setup
  • Assist with the project closeout process
  • Post plan changes, including PRs, RFPs, ASIs, addenda, and bulletins
  • Compile and submit subcontractor pricing after review by the Senior Project Manager or Project Manager
  • Lead subcontractor preconstruction meetings
  • Lead owner, architect, and consultant meetings
  • Lead coordination and final coordination meetings for storm shelters, when required
  • Coordinate with major trades
  • Review subcontractor pay applications
  • Assemble owner billings
  • Assist with subcontract buyout
  • Assist with preparation of subcontract documents
  • Attend and assist the estimating team during bid days
  • Maintain a basic understanding of project financials
  • Demonstrate knowledge of construction sequencing
  • Perform other duties as assigned
