Join a growing design construction firm with a strong backlog of work and the opportunity to work on complex commercial, industrial, and data center projects. You'll partner with experienced Project Managers and field teams, gaining hands-on experience managing every phase of construction while building the skills needed to advance into a Project Manager role.


What You'll Do

  • Assist in managing commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Support Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.


What We're Looking For

  • Experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar role with a commercial general contractor.
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management (highly preferred)
  • Background in commercial, industrial, or data center construction is preferred.
  • Exposure to MEP systems with a working knowledge of mechanical and electrical coordination is a strong plus.
  • Experience with concrete, structural steel, tilt-wall, or PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings) is beneficial.
