Job Summary:
The Assistant Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and administrative execution of construction projects. This role assists with documentation, scheduling support, cost tracking, and communication between the field, designers, subcontractors, and clients.

  1. Take ownership of assigned scopes or project phases, ensuring timely execution of milestones and deliverables.
  2. Support budget management, forecasting, cost tracking, buyout, and AP/AR coordination.
  3. Coordinate subcontractors, procurement, contract administration, and change order processes.
  4. Monitor risks, cost impacts, and schedule performance to protect project margin.
  5. Assist with schedule updates, look-ahead planning, and field-office coordination.
  6. Interface with owners, architects, and consultants; lead portions of OAC and internal meetings.
  7. Maintain
    accurate project documentation and records (RFIs, submittals, change logs, contracts) in designated systems.
  8. Mentor and support Project Expeditors.
