ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Project Coordination:
    • Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and resourcing projects to ensure smooth execution.
    • Assist in managing project deliverables in line with the project plan, monitoring progress, and adjusting as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
  • Documentation Management:
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, specifications, contracts, and correspondence to ensure all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Act as a point of contact for clients, suppliers, and contractors, facilitating effective communication and ensuring client needs are met.
    • Participate in client meetings and provide updates to ensure all stakeholders are informed of project progress.
  • Site Management:
    • Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
    • Address and resolve on-site issues, providing technical and practical solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Financial Oversight:
    • Help monitor project expenditures and budgeting, ensuring projects remain within financial targets and identifying potential financial risks.
  • Quality and Safety Assurance:
    • Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure all aspects of the project adhere to VIVA Railings' standards of quality and safety.
  • Industry Knowledge Development:
