Job Summary As a Production Technician I, you are expected to work in simple and repetitive stations. Every station is Important to deliver what we promise to our customers. Being consistent and someone who Is reliable is important to the success of our company. Many of the work done as a production tech I is stationary and will mostly require using your hands to fulfill the task. A Production Tech I will slowly be learning about other stations, learning how everything comes together.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to be in one or two repetitive assembly stations.
  • Understand the material requirements for the stations they work at.
  • Be efficient and productive doing your task with minimal supervision.
  • Understand why the task is being performed that results towards the final product.
