Entry-level Assembler

Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time

Opportunity Type: Contract-to-Hire

We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable individuals to join our team as Cleanroom Assemblers. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in structured environments, and take pride in producing high-quality products.

In this role, you will support the manufacturing of precision assemblies using specialized tools, equipment, and detailed work instructions. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong focus, manual dexterity, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

Available Shifts
  • 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and package small precision components
  • Count, verify, and inspect product quantities for accuracy
  • Utilize specialized tools, fixtures, SureShot systems, mapping tools, and lasers to support production processes
  • Use magnetic tools to accurately pick and place small dome components into specialized packaging
  • Follow detailed work instructions, manufacturing procedures, and production schedules
  • Complete daily production reports and maintain documentation within an ERP system
  • Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals
  • Adhere to all cleanroom protocols and contamination control requirements
Work Environment

This position is performed in a cleanroom manufacturing environment and requires strict adherence to cleanliness, gowning, and contamination-control procedures.

The work is highly repetitive and requires exceptional attention to detail throughout the shift. Employees should be comfortable performing precise, repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
