This position is entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to set your own schedule and work from any location in Colorado Springs, Colorado, or beyond. As a member of our fully remote team, you will utilize an advanced telehealth platform designed to facilitate video consultations seamlessly, ensuring that you can focus on delivering effective therapeutic interventions without the hassle of administrative distractions.

• Conduct individual mental health counseling via secure video chat platforms with an emphasis on ethical, professional practices.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences.
• Utilize solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic modalities to assist clients in reaching their mental health objectives.
• Monitor clients’ progress through regular assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring clients are developing healthy coping mechanisms.
• Facilitate insightful discussions that help clients explore their feelings and relationships, enhancing their overall understanding and quality of life.

The ideal candidate will provide care primarily to stable, low-acuity adults seeking to improve their mental health. Our client base includes individuals navigating life transitions, stress management, relationship issues, and other common mental health challenges. By focusing on this demographic, you’ll have the opportunity to genuinely make a difference in people's lives, guiding them towards healthier ways of thinking and coping.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must possess one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses, and applicants must have a clean disciplinary record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to new technology.

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth environments and familiarity with solution-focused therapies will be advantageous. We value therapists who bring diverse life experiences and approaches to their practice, enriching our team dynamics.
