Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ social, emotional, and environmental challenges, ensuring a holistic understanding of each case.
• Develop and implement comprehensive service plans that set clear goals, outline necessary interventions, and effectively monitor progress in collaboration with clients.
• Provide empathetic counseling and support to individuals and families navigating various life challenges, utilizing therapeutic techniques tailored to their needs.
• Facilitate access to community resources by collaborating closely with clients to create personalized service plans that incorporate housing assistance, therapy, and social services.
• Offer expert crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments and safety planning as immediate needs arise.
• Actively engage with community agencies and organizations to advocate for clients, ensuring they receive coordinated and comprehensive services.
• Participate in community outreach efforts to educate the public about available agency services and resources.
• Join regular case conferences, team meetings, and staff training sessions to align with organizational goals and improve service quality.

The client population served by Montage Counseling Center consists of individuals and families facing complex challenges in their lives. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado.

• Exceptional communication skills, combined with cultural competence and a strong ability to problem-solve in challenging situations.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a social services agency or similar environment is highly desirable.
