  • Provide high-quality customer support by answering questions about tool functionality, setup, and best practices.
  • Triage and investigate customer-reported product defects, collaborating with R&D to identify root causes and drive resolution.
  • Document and communicate detailed product enhancement requests based on customer feedback and emerging requirements.
  • Assist with technical evaluations, benchmarks, and tool demonstrations, taking direction from senior mentors while building your own expertise.

What You'll Need:

  • Solid understanding of IC/ASIC design flows, from RTL to GDSII, and custom circuit analysis and design.

  • Knowledge of low power design methodologies, voltage drop (EMIR), and reliability analysis techniques.
